A Wriggly Nativity

With their own interpretation of the Christmas story, Nursery and Reception delivered a wonderful show this year. Sticking to tradition, there was Mary and Joseph and an exhausted donkey trekking around and around (the stage) looking for somewhere to stay. The Shepherd's watched their flocks, the cows and chickens joined in with some great wriggling. The stars and angels wriggled and spun around and around. The Kings delivered presents to the new baby having had a long journey with their camels. The singing was brilliant and there was some lovely added extras, namely loud greetings to various mums and dads in the audience! The show ended with a singalong for everyone. This always marks our countdown to Christmas!

Well done to Nursery and Reception, and all the teachers and staff who manage to co-ordinate 112 children so brilliantly! Also our thanks to Mrs Pocock, our singing teacher who inspires such great performances from all of our children.
