Red Nose Day 2015

The children turned up to School having made their faces look very funny for money! We had wigs, face paints, hats, glasses as well as some wonderful outfits. Our brave year 1 teachers also decided to let their class paint their faces for them. The artistic efforts of Cherries and Pears can be seen in the gallery below!

There were many activities running at lunchtime such as 'Beat the goalie' and 'Beat the buzzer.' The Lucky Dip was hugely successful too, as were the raffles that took place in the week to become Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher for the day. Finally, there was a fantastic cake sale with many cakes with red noses or funny faces. A record £1,088 was raised from all the activities. Thanks to Mrs Boyadjian for co-ordinating the day and to Year 2 for their efforts at the cake sale.
