Sports Day 2015

We changed it this year and went back to running both sports events on the one day with the juniors in the morning and the infants in the afternoon. Everyone got to have a picnic and the sun shone! The competitiveness of the morning events was palpable, with cheering and hollering as the children ran or skipped to victory for their houses.  However they always maintain their sportsmanship, whether helping a friend or a hug between rivals at the end of the race. Then the mums and dads showed everyone how its done with their races, although Mr Dorey beat the dads this year! 

Finally it was the time for the infants and whilst they soon started to work out that there were stickers to be won, they didn't mind too much and were all delighted to get one for taking part.
