The Nativity

At the end of the last full week of term, the children in Blueberries, Bananas, Grapes, Strawberries, Apples and Oranges performed a wonderful version of the Christmas story.  The large audience was treated to enthusiastic singing, clear narration, confident solos and plenty of movement as the children retold the story of the nativity. As well as smart narrators in front, everyone looked wonderful in their costumes: Mary and Joseph, innkeepers, shepherds, angels, kings, stars and dancing flames as well as a whole array of animals: camels, sheep, cows, birds and donkeys. As ever, there were little surprises in each performance as children found themselves in the limelight!

Parents and teachers were all very proud of the children and we would like to thank all those who helped to make it such a success, especially the staff team in the Early Years.
