To reduce paper, improve efficiency and prevent parents/carers having to collect paper forms from the office, we are gradually transferring all our paper forms onto online versions. Please clicks the links below to access forms.

Contact during the school day
If you need to contact teachers during the school day, (including with information about collection of children at the end of the day) please email messages@belmont.hounslow.sch.uk by 12.30pm and the information will be passed on to the teacher.
Messages received after this time cannot always be passed on until after the school day.

Meetings and appointments
If you wish to make an appointment with a member of the teaching staff then please speak to the relevant teacher at the end of the school day to arrange a convenient time, or email the office who will arrange a time.
Your class teacher is always the first point of contact for anything to do with learning or day to day matters. Should the matter be complicated or difficult to resolve, it will be passed first on to phase leaders, then Deputy Head Teacher and finally, the Head Teacher.
For appointments for matters concerning non-teaching matters, please contact the school office who will help and escalate the matter to the School Business Manager if necessary.

Our total weekly hours are 32 hours and 30 minutes.
