Year 4 had a fantastic day at Ufton Court yesterday. We learnt how Viking weapons were used and how warriors and shield maidens were trained to fight. Aboard a Viking ship, we learnt about how widely Norsemen explored and travelled and how they traded. Finally, the day ended with a thrilling re-enactment of the Battle for Wessex.
