Year 1 had a fantastic time on their trip to Gunnersbury Park Museum, where they took part in an engaging Old
Toys and Games workshop. The children explored toys from Victorian times and discovered fascinating facts about
how children played in the past. They learnt a couple of traditional parlour games—Key Keeper was a clear favourite!
The children also had the chance to try out a range of old-fashioned toys, including spinning tops, ball-in-a-cup
challenges, and optical toys such as flip
books. It was a wonderful day of hands-on learning and lots of fun!
