This week, KS2 pupils enjoyed a wonderful festive trip to the Lyric Hammersmith to watch their lively production of Jack and the Beanstalk. From the moment the show began, the children were swept up in the colourful costumes, catchy songs, hilarious jokes, and all the classic panto moments that had everyone shouting, laughing, and cheering along.
The cast brought the story to life in an interpretation we certainly never imagined—but one thing we can all agree on is that we are very thankful to have Mr Venn-Coffey as our Head Teacher instead of Mr Fleshcreep… yikes!
It was a joyful, festive outing that filled us all with Christmas spirit. A huge thank-you to the PTA who generously covered the cost of the tickets, the staff and volunteers who helped make the visit possible.
