New Starter
Welcome to the New Starters page where you will find all the information you need to get set up for your child starting at Belmont.
Whether your child is joining us in Nursery, Reception or higher up in the school, all the documents on this page will be relevant to you, so we ask that you take the time to read everything.
The 'forms to complete' section is very important. To be able to set new starters up on all our systems (e.g. email, parent evening bookings, paying for items, meal ordering) we require the information on these registration forms. Therefore please complete them as soon as possible.
Office staff are on hand if you need assistance.

As a school, we use Google's 'G Suite for Education' last year as a learning tool for children in all year groups.
In order to keep you informed and also to comply with data protection legislation and Google’s Terms of Service, we are required to get parental permission annually for each child to use G Suite. Google's T’s and C’s can be viewed here: http://goo.gl/D9GNB6
G Suite for Education is an essential part of the curriculum, for all subjects, and pupils without parental permission will be unable to participate in any lessons across the curriculum using G Suite for Education. School staff will monitor the use of G Suite for Education when pupils are at school. Parents and carers are responsible for monitoring their child’s use of applications when accessing G Suite for Education from home.

G Suite for Education Permission
There is one final form to complete via the Hounslow website. This form is for your child's lunches so is applicable only for new starters in Reception and up. Nursery parents can ignore this form.
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 receive Universal Free School meals. Although every child is entitled to them, it is still necessary to apply via the form below.
