Hounslow athletics event

A ten strong team of year 5/6 atletes attended the annual sports day event at Brentford Leisure Centre on Tuesday 15th November. The team displayed strong skills across a variety of events, including dribbling hockey and basket balls, hurdling and an immaculately executed relay race, where not one baton was dropped! 

Belmont was noted by other participants for their fantastic team spirit, which they showed great support for their fellow team members and other schools teams. They were very vocal in their support for Smallberry Green, our group winners, who were eventually beaten in the final by Malborough school. Well done to them and a huge congratulations to the Belmont team for their fantastic team work and determination.
