Reception trip to the farm

The highlight of the year for Reception children is visiting Odd’s Farm. We left school early in the morning and boarded the coach. On the journey, we sang songs and played eye spy. When we arrived at the farm we had a snack and met the farmers who told us what was happening at the farm. The children had lots of fun and saw goats, sheep, bunnies and pigs. They played in the giant sandpit, went on a tractor ride, fed the animals and watched a cow being milked. They got to watch the Sheep race and cheered  Debbie when her sheep won!
