Syon House treat

Each half term, the house with the most house points wins a treat, which they can select. This time it was Syon and they asked for it to involve water. So once the logistics were sorted of spare clothes and shoes, we got them into the playground and they ran through a sprinkler. Luckily the weather was very hot and so within minutes they were all standing in the sprinker trying to get more of the water.

They needn't have worried as Miss Coates and Mr Dorey soon got them with the hoses! However rather than just soak them, we set up a game, splitting them into teams and involving more water. They had to carry a cup of water on their heads and take it to a bucket, via a hoop! They did this with a huge amount of enthusiasm and a fair bit of water made it to the buckets.  At the end, each team captain came to check their buckets and claim victory, and weren't exactly expecting the bucket of water to land on them!
