Site Manager - Required for December 2017/ January 2018 start



Salary range: up to £30,000 subject to experience

Full-time: 35 hours x 52 weeks (holidays can be taken in term time)

(Hours can be agreed but likely shift pattern of 7.00am to 10.00am and 2.45pm to 6.45pm)


Belmont Primary School is a large 2 form entry school based in the heart of Chiswick. Built in 1904, the site is a 3 storey Victorian building that has stood the test of time but needs regular maintenance. As a busy primary school including a nursery, the site has large outside areas and specialist learning spaces. The site must be safe at all times but also needs to be the best environment for the children. We are now looking for a site manager to take responsibility for the building and grounds and ensure the building meets the needs of the children.

  • To take overall responsibility for the security and day-to-day maintenance of the School site.
  • To ensure that the School provides a clean and safe environment for its pupils.
  • To work with the School Business Manager on the development of the site and implementing the school development plan.
